Terms of use
The short version. The app helps you look up board game rules with AI. The AI can be wrong, so check the cited page when it matters. Rulebooks belong to their publishers. During the beta, things may break or change.
Agreement
By using TDAAH Rulebook AI ("the app"), made by Two Dudes and a Hamster LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers are written by an AI model from rulebook passages and, sometimes, web sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. Each answer shows where it came from: check the cited page when it matters, and when players disagree, the printed rulebook and the publisher's official rulings win. Use the flag button to report a bad answer.
Rulebooks and games
Rulebooks, game names and game content belong to their publishers and creators. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. The app helps you find rulebooks the publishers make available and read ones you add yourself. Only add rulebooks you have the right to use.
Using the app fairly
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break or overload it, get around its limits, scrape it, or use it to send content that's illegal or harmful. We may limit or stop access for anyone who does.
Beta
The beta is a test version. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and limits may apply. Your feedback helps us improve the app, and we may use it freely.
Paid features
All features are free during the beta. When paid plans are added, their prices and terms will be shown in the app before you buy, and purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play under their rules.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Two Dudes and a Hamster LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (which during the free beta is nothing).
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
